Our Policy

 *Please  have a clean neat workspace for our therapist, free from debris or hazards. 

*Your appointment time, and our therapists time is extremely important,  your therapists will start on time, and end on time, they are not required to stay past your scheduled appointment time unless prior notice is given.

*We do service Air BNB, Luxury Vacation Rentals, and Hotels.  Please give correct address, access code if needed, as well as room number the day of appointment, your therapist will check in at the front desk, or concierge.

* $25% deposit required to book a table massage appointments, remaining balance due  the day of  your appointment.

** 25% deposit required for chair events. Remaining balance is due the day of  the event. Please give at least 7 day notice for any cancellations, anything less will be assed  a fee.

* Please allow 24 hr notice for  any cancellations.  Same day cancellations will be assed a  fee per session

**Corporate/ Large Bookings, prepayment is required at least a month in advance. 14 days cancellation notice is required, with a 50% non refundable fee.  

*For first time clients only, we do not accept cash.
